Again the following is not my work. Need help in identification.

I too have been attempting to establish the identity of this artist but without much success. He (or,of course, she)is sometimes known as "German", which could be a name or a reference to his nationality. Over the years I have culled many examples of his highly erotic work from the internet. These vary quite a bit in both size and scan quality. Even allowing for duplications I estimate that there must have been at least 150 drawings in the original collection."

"Whilst I cannot now locate the reference, I have definitely read that the drawings were commissioned by a private collector for his own use. Whilst they are not highly finished they are executed with great fluency: the sort of facility that suggests that "German" may have been a commercial artist used to the pressures of working for a busy advertising agency. It has been suggested that the drawings were made in the 1930s or 1940s. Given the style of clothing, underwear etc. I think it much more likely that they date from the early or mid 1950s."

With the information provided above and a few google searches I found the following URL which provides several suggested artists names and that these are very possibly water colors. Other information is provided as well as a collection of galleries.
