Some Tips for a Newby?

I shoot myself, and have modeled for years... It feels a bit different posting content I took, and I guess I'm a bit leery of being scoffed at for not knowing about the technical aspects of photography as much as most here most likely do. Does anyone have any tips on what I might improve on?

Well kerri, i dont htink anyone who uses this site would be 'scoffing' and looking through your work was refreshing,as for some tips, well, firstly it is to say just keep at it girl!...the wonderful thing about creativity is that it is continuous, the more you do the more comfortable you will become on this side of the lens, you can use your experience of posing to direct your models and set up scenarios..also i would say, doing self portraits in an erotic style is alot more difficult that shooting a model and as you seem very proficient in that, i think you will find it just as sucessful using a pro model...LLooking forward to seeing more of your work posted soon...regards Stuart Xland.
