Post Anywhere to Have My Adult Themed Graphic Art or Prints Made?

Hey everyone. I've been combing the internet for any places that make photo books (which seems popular these days) but will allow you to have a photo book made of erotic/pornographic images.

I'd like to have a book made of my work because I'm happy with it so I think it would be cool to have a coffee table book of it. Also I would like some of the pieces printed. I've tried a ton of sites...Lulu, Snapfish, Kodakgallery, Walgreens and several more, but all of their user agreements forbid uploading any material that would be considered obscene or inappropriate...ugh...so I'm hoping someone might have a lead as to where I could have this done?
