A marine biologist and Scuba instructor by profession and now photographer by trade I ply my craft both above and below the water. I began taking nude images in 2004 and have enjoyed the experience so far, working with friends who are comfortable with their bodies, and looking to push their own envelope. Graphic stuff is not my forte, I enjoy the play of light and shadow on the beauty of the female human form. Living on a small island it makes life interesting with the attitude towards this kind of imagery in general. <*)}}}}<( All models, actors, and other persons that appear in these photographs in any visual depiction of actual, sexually explicit conduct or otherwise were at least eighteen years of age at the time the visual depiction was created. All other visual depictions in these photographs are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. Section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 because they do not portray conduct specifically listed in 18 U.S.C Section 2256 (2) (A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995. All persons depicted in these photographs who are shown engaged in actual, sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual conduct or otherwise, were at least 18 years of age when those visual depictions were created. All records required by law to be kept for model age verification are available for inspection by contacting the Custodian of Records named below between 7 AM and 5 PM EST time, Mon to Fri.
